Annual Notice of Non-Discrimination Policy
The New Hampton Community School District offers career and technical programs in the following service areas:

It is the policy of the New Hampton Community School District not to illegally discriminate in its education program, activities, or employment policies or procedures as required by Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Areas of nondiscrimination include, but are not limited to: age, color, creed, national origin, race, religion, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical attributes, physical or mental ability or disability, ancestry, political party preference, political belief, socioeconomic status, or familial status. There is a grievance procedure for processing complaints of discrimination.
