Students had a lot of fun with their grade level color-war today. Thanks CLT (Chickasaw Leadership Team) for the fun days this week, we are looking forward to the planned Carnival next week.

Jessica Rochford, FB Outreach Coordinator, came to visit all three second grade classrooms this week. The focus was - How Many Hats Does A Farmer Wear? Students learned about different career paths in agriculture. Students also created pinwheel illustrations of the many hats.
Yesterday was the seniors final day as students at New Hampton High
School. They gathered and enjoyed the time together. Then the scholars
marched through the middle school and the elementary.
Cheering for the girls track team, middle schoolers show their support as the girls head off to the state track meet.
All library books are due May 20th!
Students finished sharing their k’nex inventions today. Their creativity is awesome!

Congrats to Mason Lane and Kyler Glenn on qualifying for the State Golf Tournament next Monday and Tuesday in Ames. The team placed 3rd yesterday and narrowly missed qualifying. Great job to everyone!
