Baking I Class did a cookie exchange lab and made several different types of cookies: refrigerator cookies, drop cookies, pressed cookies, and rolled cookies. Then they all shared with each other and took home a box of cookies.

Mrs. Schmitt's 7th Grade FCS students are learning about Farm to Fork and the reasons to buy food directly from the farmer and farmer's market. The pictures show an activity of how everything is interconnected from livestock to water to soil.
