Panini in Italian means "sandwiches." Foods I Classes watched a couple of video clips and discussed how to make panini sandwiches. We are lucky to have a professional panini press machine in our FCS room. The students prepped the vegetables, meat, and cheese of their choice using their new cutting skills and the next day they made their sandwiches. They turned out great with a golden brown crust. Delizioso!

Kwik Star Fundraiser is off and going through 11/10. Middle school students are selling $ for $ gift card to help with field trips costs, quarter activities, tribe store items, and events planned by our Chickasaw leadership team. Please know that Kwik Star donates 5% back on all gift cards sold. Our goal is $125,000 in gift cards sold so we are shooting for just over $6000 in cash back.
