This semester Mrs. Schmitt has two sections of Foods II Class. Just recently the students have been learning about meal planning and shopping for food. We are planning a field trip to the local Fareway store and buying groceries. One of their assignments was to plan nutritious balanced meals for one week for $55.00! It is doable if you buy fresh ingredients. The students used sale fliers to make their dollars stretch.
