Tickets are on sale now for the boys basketball game vs. Denver at Sumner-Fredericksburg High School on Tuesday, February 23rd. Game time is 7:00 p.m. Fans will need to purchase their tickets online at: https://www.iahsaa.org/resources/tickets/ Passcode: ZGTNC2 Fans can search by host or scroll through the listing to find the host. Mrs. Schmitt's Advanced Foods Class had a pizza lab at the end of their pizza unit. They made a Chicago deep dish, chicken fettuccine with spinach, a vegetable loaded pizza including banana peppers and a stuffed crust pepperoni. They were all delicious! The students learned about the history of pizza, vocabulary, origin of ingredients around the world and more. Next year Mrs. Schmitt (FCS teacher) will be offering new classes including Baking and Food Production. The students plan on creating a Tribe Pizza business for the community to purchase homemade pizzas and take-and-bake food. It will be entrepreneurship at its finest!
