The boys' baseball game today, 6/24, in Sumner will be varsity first at 3:30 pm.
Girl's basketball will begin having open gyms this Friday, 6/25 from 9:00 to 10:00 am. for girls in grades 9-12. They will be held on Mondays, Wednesday's, and Friday's through July 9th.
On Thursday, 6/24, we will play the varsity baseball game first when we travel to Sumner to play Sumner-Fredericksburg. There is a chance of rain that they want to stay ahead of and improve the chances of completing the varsity game.
High School Softball Double Header at Waukon has been moved to a 5:00 start time in hopes of beating the weather and getting both games in this evening. Good Luck Chickasaws!
Update from Cedar Falls, you New Hampton Chickasaw Trapshooting team is runner up in E-League and 5th as a team in state competition. Please help us welcome them home tonight with a parade from the south side of town and a program in the cafeteria. Hope to return to town between 5:30-6.
A reminder that summer meals start tomorrow Tuesday, June 8th for those who have signed up. Pick-up places and times are the Elementary School, Mikkelson Park and Ionia 11:45 - 12:30; North Washington 11:30 -12:00 and Alta Vista 12:15-12:45.
Congratulations to the New Hampton Girls Golf Team on their third place finish at the State Golf Meet. We will recognize the team and their coaches tonight at Mikkelson Park. This will take place during the break between the baseball games versus Jesup. Approximate time will be 6:30 pm.
Both baseball and softball will be played at Mikkelson Park tonight.
Baseball has a doubleheader beginning at 5:00 pm against Decorah.
Softball has JV at 6:00 pm and varsity at 7:30 against Mason City. The late start time is because it was originally a triple header but the JJV has been cancelled.
The softball game at home vs. Decorah tonight has been rescheduled to Wednesday, June 2nd.
The baseball game at Clear Lake tonight is postponed.

Congratulations to the Girls Golf team on qualifying for the State Golf Tournament for the 4th straight year winning the Regional Championship by 30 strokes. Individual qualifiers were Emma Ewert (Medalist), Sanja Djukic (3rd), and Lydia Olson (5th). State golf is held in Marshalltown starting on Tuesday June 1st and concluding Wednesday June 2nd.
