Mrs. Schmitt's Advanced Foods Class had a pizza lab at the end of their pizza unit. They made a Chicago deep dish, chicken fettuccine with spinach, a vegetable loaded pizza including banana peppers and a stuffed crust pepperoni. They were all delicious! The students learned about the history of pizza, vocabulary, origin of ingredients around the world and more. Next year Mrs. Schmitt (FCS teacher) will be offering new classes including Baking and Food Production. The students plan on creating a Tribe Pizza business for the community to purchase homemade pizzas and take-and-bake food. It will be entrepreneurship at its finest!

Expectations for fans attending state wrestling this week:
*Only clear plastic bags will be permitted in the arena. No purses, backpacks, etc.
*Masks are required of all fans at all times unless eating or drinking.
*Fans are required to remain in their assigned/ticketed seats throughout the session. While we understand not every seat is ideal, the only way we could accommodate 4000+ fans is with a seating plan that spread people out using the entire arena.
Good luck to our girls basketball team!! They play in the second round at Osage at 7 pm. Go Chickasaws!!

Mrs. Sinnwell's class is continuing to learn about financial literacy. Today students came up with advantages, disadvantages, and notes of credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. It was interesting to see and hear what the 6th graders pulled from the articles.
