FCCLA Nationals were held Fourth of July weekend in Orlando, Florida. Karla Pickar was awarded a Gold Medal for the Job Interview category. Pickar was a 2025 graduate of New Hampton High School and her parents were Mike & Sarah Pickar, New Hampton. (Pictured Sherry Vogel - President of Iowa FCCLA. Mrs. Schmitt was so proud of Karla and her accomplishments! "Karla was my first student to qualify for Nationals at FCCLA." said Mrs. Schmitt.
