Today the 1st graders in Mrs. Wickham's class participated in the African American Read-In through UNI. We were able to enjoy some magic, two read alouds and some guided instructions on making collage art by Mr. Collier. Each student received a copy of the book All Because You Matter, which was illustrated by Mr. Collier himself!

Today we had an emergency medical situation at the high school. Everyone is fine and school is back to normal. This year we have started an EMT Program. One of our students, Ella Knutson, has completed the program and is a trained EMT. She was able to help respond to the situation quickly and help in the response. This is another example program we offer students that help to benefit our community.

Middle school fun this week. Student speeches at the school board meeting, band, art letters, and tribe ticket snacks.

Fast hands, sharp minds! Students race to match synonyms in a fun game of Forks (aka Spoons)!

We have added a few more positions!
