Good luck to the 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams!! The 7th grade basketball game against Waukon will be at Waukon High School at 4:15pm this evening. The 8th grade basketball game will be at Home at 4:15pm this evening. The price of admission is $2 for Students (all NH students have activity passes) $3 for Adults and $5 for a Family. The Spanish III students had the annual astronaut competition. The class Astronauts are the ones with the certificates. Congratulations to Andrew, Mason, and Tate. The others pictured scored the highest in each category.




The 2nd grade students were doing their everyday morning activities and routine.





Great assembly today to recognize winter sports put on by the Student Senate. It featured our dance team preforming state routines. They will compete later this week!

Bus #9 is running a few minutes late this morning.

Baking I Class finished their pie unit before break. They learned how to make a chocolate meringue pie and how you need to separate eggs and make the meringue come to a peak. They also made homemade whipped creme for a fresh strawberry pie.



Baking I Class chose to make fresh strawberry pies with homemade whipped cream and took it home for their Thanksgiving celebrations. They learned about the different types of pies and learned to make a pie crust from scratch. They said making a pie was a lot harder than they thought it would be.





The girls basketball games with Turkey Valley scheduled for Monday, November 27th have been rescheduled to Saturday, December 16th at 2:00 pm. The boys games will be played tomorrow, November 27th, as scheduled. The JV boy's game will start at 6:00 pm and the varsity will follow at 7:30 pm.
