On an in-service day, these teachers served by helping to unload the food truck from NEIA Food Bank to help restock the Chickasaw Pride Pantry.
Remember if your family has a need for food, come to the front entrance of the high school and take according to your need.

These three rocked the decorating for Little Light of Mine from Interact Club helping NH Rotary.

Baking I Class started their pie unit. Friday we made homemade pie crust and they learned how to make a successful meringue. Students made mini chocolate meringue pies to take home. One student commented how much work making their own pie crust was and Mrs. Schmitt said, "making pies are not for the faint of heart."

Foods I Class (both sections) were busy last week making Paninis for a food's lab. They chose different kinds of breads, meats, and vegetables to go into each sandwich. The students have learned a lot from labs: leadership skills, time management, being prepared, communication, and reflection with a lab report.

Reminder: Middle School Students, Kwik Star Sales are due tomorrow morning during homeroom time. Please bring your sales sheets.
