On Wednesday night at 5pm in the lower lobby of the High School we will be wishing our girl wrestlers Good Luck at state for this Thursday and Friday. Go Chickasaws!
Foods II (two sections) started a new unit today all about the dairy industry. The students learned today with a "blast from the past" by playing a game that Mrs. Schmitt invented called: "Guess that Gadget." The students identified objects that had to do with dairy: milk, cream, butter, cheese, etc. They needed to guess what the object was called, who might have used it, what was it used for, is it still used today, and what would be its modern replacement? Mrs. Schmitt brought antique dairy items and the students teamed up in partners and gave it their best shot.

The New Hampton Dance Team celebrated their 40th Anniversary Showcase! What a great event showcasing our students talents!
Community member, Lili Delgado, came to Spanish 2 class today, and graciously shared her immigration story of becoming a citizen of the United States. We are looking at the immigration process, and a few of the reasons why persons immigrate to a country other than their country of origen.
